Classic Pasta and Meatballs Recipe

The iconic Italian dish has to be spaghetti and meatballs.  Every kid grew up eating that whether they were Italian or not, now you can make this childhood favorite at home.  Homemade marinara and spicy meatballs on top of spaghetti is a dish you can even convince your fussy five year old to eat.

Here is the easiest recipe to make this Italian classic:

Meatball Ingredients

1.5 lbs of ground beef
¼ onion
1 Clove of garlic
1/3 cup of Chicken stock
1/3 cup regular bread crumbs
2 Eggs
¼ Cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of flaked red pepper
¼  Cup of extra virgin Olive oil
¼ Cup of finely chopped parsley (optional)
